Elaine worked for Pacific Bell and Pacific Northwest Bell for 6 years. For the next 17 years, she worked as a statewide Project Manager with Compath/Alltel as well as for AccessWest. Prior to joining Top Speed Data, Elaine worked for 12 years at Lucasfilm Ltd. as the Voice Manager for all locations for 12 years. Elaine’s hobbies are making jewelry, quilting, gardening and spending time with family and friends. |

Debra Mattson joined Top Speed Data in early 2002. Debra’s 28 years in telecom began at PT&T as an Engineer and then as one of the first women installers. As Ma Bell began to change over to Pacific Bell, and then during the merger with SBC Debra advanced through management positions in sales to Business Customers. Debra's last position with SBC, before joining Top Speed, was in Provisioning Management, leading teams responsible to coordinate installations of small to medium businesses voice and data networks. Debra has a Certificate in Telecommunications Management from California State University, Sacramento. Her passions are her dogs, cats and birds. She loves gardening and spending free time outdoors, with her husband Mark, riding motorcycles. |

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Mattson has enjoyed success in various sales and management positions. As a Sales Director at SBC, Mark was responsible for an annual revenue base of over $150 million and negotiated contracts with companies such as Merrill Lynch, the GAP and Chevron. Mark has an extensive background in designing telecommunications networks and applying technology to fit client business requirements. Mr. Mattson holds a B.S. degree in Finance and an MBA from California State University, Sacramento. |

Allan Jaffe has spent 25 years in the telecommunications industry. He began his career at Pacific Telephone and held positions in Installation & Maintenance, Special Services and Sales. His last position at SBC was Vice President of Industry Markets. Allan served in executive positions at NorthPoint Communications and at New Edge Networks before joining Top Speed Data. |

Barbara has been pleasing customers in the telecom industry since 1972 and began her career at Top Speed Data in 1999. Barbara excels in working with customers in designing their voice and data networks. She loves to travel and get a prospective on different cultures. Barbara enjoys reading biographies on individuals who are not necessarily famous but who have lead interesting lives. |

Cynthia has held various positions within the Bell System in Directory Services, Network Operations, Installation & Maintenance, Marketing & Sales and Internet Services. In 2002, Cynthia joined long time SBC friends & co-workers at Top Speed Data. She enjoys the challenges the telecom industry provides and the flexibility Top Speed has in offering a variety of services tailored to clients’ specific needs. Cynthia is key to our “back office” support team, making sure that our orders flow through the carrier systems seamlessly. Cynthia enjoys gardening, hiking & biking. |

A Native of San Francisco, Linda began her career with Pacific Telephone in 1972. Her positions in Directory, Computer Centers, Marketing and Sales Support armed her with telecom knowledge and excellent customer support skills. She honed her skills further while working in Europe and owning a small business in Petaluma. In 2006, she joined her friends from her Pacific Bell days and began working with Top Speed Data where she has been welcomed back into the fold. Linda is part of our “back office” and enjoys supporting our internal team while providing excellent service to Top Speed Data customers.
Linda and her husband enjoy an active life including sailing, camping, hiking, biking, gardening and volunteering, complimented by cooking and reading. |

Vera began her telecom career with PT&T in 1976 on the cord boards as an operator. Over the next 25 years she worked in many departments perfecting her skills as a network design and implementation expert. Vera has been with Top Speed Data since June 2000 and really enjoys her customers. Vera loves the challenge and knows that if her job was easy, “anyone could do it!” Vera and her husband live in the beautiful California Wine Country of Sonoma County. She enjoys dancing, swimming, work-outs at the gym, friends, traveling (especially on cruise ships), and quiet time at the beach or in the redwood trees. |

Megan Millhouse joined Top Speed Data in 2005. She specializes in commissions and also supports Glenn and Anthy in an Executive Assistant role. Prior to working at Top Speed, Megan worked as a customer service representative at Pacific Bell, owned a ballet school in Montana and is also an accomplished photographer. Megan is a mother of two fabulous children. |
