Elaine worked for Pacific Bell and Pacific Northwest Bell for 6 years. For the next 17 years, she worked as a statewide Project Manager with Compath/Alltel as well as for AccessWest. Prior to joining Top Speed Data, Elaine worked for 12 years at Lucasfilm Ltd. as the Voice Manager for all locations for 12 years. |

Debra Mattson joined Top Speed Data in early 2002. Debra’s 28 years in telecom began at PT&T as an Engineer and then as one of the first women installers. As Ma Bell began to change over to Pacific Bell, and then during the merger with SBC Debra advanced through management positions in sales to Business Customers. Debra's last position with SBC, before joining Top Speed, was in Provisioning Management, leading teams responsible to coordinate installations of small to medium businesses voice and data networks. |

She left the telecommunications business briefly to open her own business and later joined her contemporaries at Top Speed Data Communications as Sales Support Manager. |

Tabby began her telecommunications profession in 1981, working for Pacific Telephone in San Diego, California. The merger and acquisition of Pacific Telephone, Pacific Bell, and SBC, led her to Sacramento in 1995. The knowledge she gained in the 22 years she worked in the telecom industry, can be directed attributed to her responsibilities with Directory Assistance, the Hispanic Residential Call Center, and working with high- end business customers.

Roni joined Top Speed Data Communications in the spring of 2010 as Marketing Manager & Executive Assistant to Anthy O'Brien. Roni is a long-time Sonoma County resident and worked for more than 20 years for Exchange Bank,most recently as their Vice President & Marketing Director. In her new role, Roni is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company's marketing strategies as well as administrative support.

Neil Clark joined the Top Speed Data Communications team bringing 30 years of sales and leadership experience with Unisys, Pacific Telephone, AT&T, SBC and SureWest. Neil has led sales teams and directed national accounts in the banking, retail, and medical industries, in addition to the State of California account. He has in-depth experience with wireless, co-location, VoIP, SIP, call centers, and converged voice/data/MPLS networks. Neil appreciates the flexibility that Top Speed Data Communications brings in offering a choice of solutions for a client, not simply representing single carrier products. Neil serves the Sacramento region as Network Design Consultant. Neil has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from CSU - Fresno, and an MBA from National University. |

Jim started his career in telecommunications with Sprint in the early 80s’ and in 1983 joined Pacific Bell just prior to the divestiture of AT&T into the “Baby Bells.” Most of Jim’s career at Pacific Bell / SBC were in business to business sales culminating as a Senior National Account Manager leading teams for FedEx, San Francisco Newspaper Agency (Chronicle / Examiner), Bank of California Shell Oil and The Clorox Corporation. Jim’s interest, belief and commitment to data communications led him to be chosen for the Data Communications Institute program accreditation via an intensive eight weeks of courses in addition to his account management responsibilities. Jim sold the 1st retail T1 to the Internet and the first business client Sonet OC3c for Pacific Bell / SBC. Jim was recruited to serve as General Manager for Priority Business Accounts of San Francisco and the East Bay driving revenues from $85M to $1115M in 3 years. |

As a former Sales Director, Jim had up to $135 Million in annual revenue responsibility. Jim has extensive experience in providing business customers with communications solutions to help them achieve business goals. Jim has worked in a wide variety of communications and IT services including wireless, hosting, storage, consulting, voice, data, outsourcing, equipment and consulting. He has been certified by the Institute for the Certification of Computing Professionals. Jim is a graduate of UCLA with a bachelor's degree in economics. |
