Ms. O'Brien has served as the company's president since 1999. As a seasoned veteran with over 25 years in the telecommunications industry, Anthy derives her success by persistently demonstrating results in today's complex service-driven technology dependent marketplace. An innovator, Anthy understands how to drive company performance, while managing a thoughtful and disciplined approach to growing Top Speed Data®. Prior to Top Speed Data Communications®, Anthy ran a Project Management Consulting firm and was a leader in the successful execution of a variety of projects in the telecommunications industry. She successfully built innovative and high performing teams for many companies, including Pacific Bell as their Director of Business Systems, impacting Outside Sales. Anthy received the first prestigious Pacific Bell Corporate Lael Berkstresser Award for Quality, Innovative Thinking and Team Leadership. Ms. O'Brien holds a B.S. degree from the University of California, Davis. |

Glenn Illian has been with Top Speed Data Communications® since 1997. Glenn has been in the telecommunications field for over 25 years, starting his career with AT&T and moving on to various sales and management positions with Pacific Bell/SBC. He has been designing complex data networks and remote access solutions for customers for over 20 years. Previous and present customers include companies such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Redwood Credit Union, Peterson Holding and Adventist Health to name a few.
As a founding member of Top Speed Data Communications,® Glenn prides himself in staying on top of the latest changes in the telecommunications field. Many customers rely on Mr. Illian for advice and consultation on how to improve their network design. Businesses consult with Glenn on what is new in telecommunications and what is on the horizon for the telecom field so that they can gain the competitive edge. Mr. Illian holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University and a Master's degree from University of Northern Colorado. He is married with one child and has lived in Petaluma for over 30 years. |
